The business is run by Susan Czerski who has previously worked in technical, secretarial and administrative roles for a diverse range of large, medium and small companies over many years. Along the way she has picked up qualifications in MS Office products, Database Management, and honed general office and IT skills.

Employers in recent years have included the RNCM, Niche Marketing, and Forensic Scientists Dr JH Burgoyne.  Contract work specifically for data handling included Trafford Council, Stockport Council, Manchester City Council, a housing association, and the British Council. One major contract task involved collecting, analysing & preparing data for a Local Authority SAP e-procurement project.
